Python/Django Simple view screen

Python/Django Simple view screen? Would like a simple to search & view records. Search Criteria: Enter in either “RecordNum” or “VerTag” from the table ‘tickets’. (See attached [login to view URL] drawing attached) Top Screen: Show RecordNum, VerTag, Platform, Date, Time Scrolling Region or JumboTron show records from table ‘deploys’. Show HostName, Date, Time, OSUser (Is $10 ok?) (If not how much?) Please share your thoughts? If you have questions please confirm you read all of this, before reaching to me. My first question to you will be; did you read the project details? Please only BID if you know how to do this and are certain you can do this? Expecting this is something easy for about $10 or so and will be something a Python person would know and understand.
