i all ready have experience on work with control PLC... i have build many SCADA software . this software have canvas to contain a lot of modern widget to display PLC values, and send new values to device. this control can be done via Internet, LAN network (Ethernets) or RS232, RS485 communications. and it can work with other links like wireless

Thank you for taking your time to read this. We have built several HMI/SCADA systems for electrical substations since 1989. We have built drivers for .NET for over 100 industrial communications protocols for PLCs, IEDs, including Modbus, DNP3, OPC-DA, OPC-UA & more. Some other IEDs we have drivers for are SEL(Schweitzer), Eaton, GE, Siemens etc. Both control & monitoring is supported. Multiple systems are in place worldwide. A client-server system supporting unlimited clients & unlimited PLCs/IED quantity & tags. Largest electrical scada in use since 2001 talking to over 1000 IEDs & has over 100000 tags. We currently do not have IEC-61850 driver but can build one (not included in our proposal). Or we can purchase the 61850 driver from 3rd party & use it (cost of this is not included in our proposal). We have also added features for dealing with electrical events, harmonics, waveform capturing, tag-out/log-out for breakers & protection relays. The database used is MS SQL Server. Audit trail, web & cloud support can also be provided. We shall like to show you the system via web meeting & partnering with you. Commissioning assistance available all over the world. In order to raise your trust & confidence, we can also build a proof of concept (POC) for you for a token fee of US$100, payable after you like the POC via freelancer. If you like to continue commercial use of the POC, you can make us a reasonable offer. There will be no obligation if you do not like POC.
