Moodle Plugin Creation

We need to develop a Moodle Plugin for our product. The first version (v0.1) will need to the following. On the administration page of the plugin will display the following sections: The plugin must display 5 tabs: - First Tab - Will display information about the plugin and logo of the application (Logo, Description) - Second Tab - Required Plugins with possibility to check if installed and if there's an update (available plugin modules). - Third Tab - Configuration --> Provide a button that gives an Acess Token to the Moodle WebService. The next time it goes to "Configuration", the created Access Token must be visible. Please see the attached file for full specification of the module. Also, the webservice must be available. The plugin will need to add a web service to Moodle called named "PluginName_InstanceStatus". --> This web service can be called with the token "Application Token" or the defined in the configuration and will result in a json with the following information: --> Moodle Version --> Server specification and ip/database information --> Plugin check status --> All Plugins with Version (including this one) This is the first version of the plugin, future development will be awarded to the developer creating this correctly.
