Its an app to enter and follow match predictions for different users, for a sport tournament.
The app interface should be in spanish.
The apps must be native to each platform (android and iphone).
The apps must fulfill playstore(android) and app store (iphone) policies.
The app should allow registering through manual registration or social networks.

User select sport, and then tournament. If already authorized by administrator, has the option to:
1. Enter the predictions for every match in the tournament.
2. Verify or change previously entered predictions, if the locking time previous to the match hasn't pass.
3. See there predictions vs real scores on past matches.
4. See the point table of all users in their group based on predictions vs real scores rules.
5. Check news posted by administrator.
Administrators should be able to:
1. Create groups of users based on email addresses.
2. Send invites and approve users on tournaments based on email addresses.
3. Create a "polla" or prediction group, associating:
- A name
- A tournament API provider and ID (Tournament information obtained via API. Ex: [login to view URL] )
- An existing group of users.
- A set of rules (see below)
- Logo (uploaded png, jpg or gif).
4. Define rules for each "polla", indicating:
- Points obtained by a user if his prediction matched exactly the match score.
- Points obtained by a user if he predicts the winner.
- Points obtained by a user if he predicts the score difference.
- Lock time. Predictions submit by users are locked a "lock time" before the match starts. (start times obtained from API)
5. Post news in a "polla".
6. See the point table of all users in their "polla" based on predictions vs real scores rules.
Super admin should be able to:
1. Create, modify and delete administrators.(administrator attributes are: Name, email, associated groups, password)
2. Define API update frequency during match, and off match time.
