Write an application which can download videos

Hi there. I need someone to help me to build an Android app. This app would be published to Japan App Store. It’s an app which have these functions: - passkey function. If you get a new phone and want to transfer data from old to the new phone, you have to use the passkey. - normal users and VIPs. normal users can have: limited space for videos. ADs. Half speed for download,transform and save. VIPs can have: unlimited space for videos. No ADs. Full speed for download,transform and save. - use search engines(google，bing，yahoo) to search and open websites. - search anything you want. - clean all search history. - download videos from websites(such as youtube，dalymotion，niconico，xvideo) and save them in the app. - stop or cancel downloading videos. - Resume breakpoint to download videos. - videos that saved in the app can be saved to your device. - transform videos to .mp3 and save them to your device. - play videos. Also can be played in single repeat, order repeat ,order play and shuffle play. - build video playlists. Also can edit playlists, like add videos to playlists or delete videos from playlists or delete playlists. - if phone A, phone B, and computer C are in the same Wi-Fi or Lan, they can tranform their videos to each other. - and many other functions.
