Write an Android and iphone application

I want an app to be created for a school in which there will be two interface to manage that application 1st i need one web application from where everything can be monitored and accessible same as mobile app. 2nd i need an android and iphone app which can access the the data from that web application and reflect the same on app. We require maintainance for one year along with this. There will be a student dashboard, admin dashboard, Faculty dashboard. The functionality will be same as moodle apart from of some modules what we don't require. The design should be very attractive It should look decent, simple and easy to navigate. This is a first project after that if we like the work, we can offer no of projects to selected candidate. This is a chance to get regular work of certain amounts every month. Thank You
