Tourism app for IOS & Android

I've already created the images for the skins, they are attached along with app requirements. Please let me know quote for making app based on these with a web-based admin console panel to edit and add as specified in requirements for IOS and Android app. Below the database requirements: There should be a web-based administrator control panel that allows adding/editing of: 0. Intro (slide image url 1, slide image url 2, slide image url 3, slide image url 4) 1. Region (example values: North, South, East, Southeast) 2. Towns (this will be under regions, every town will belong to one of the regions: requires town image, town name) 3. Product/Content Categories (each Town will have 7 static Content Categories: Restaurants, Events, Historic Places, Nightlife, Outdoor Activities, Lodging, Shopping) 4. Product/Content items (once app user clicks on 1 of 7 categories they will get list of items in that category, for instance all the restaruants, events, historic places, etc.: needs item name, item distance, and if it is event order by event date) 5. Product/Content item details (once app user select item, they will see all the item details: item photo small, item photo large, item name, item logo, item phone number, item open days, item open times, item description, item facebook link, item instagram link, item twitter link, item payment methods, item address, item website, item details, item menu text, item menu link, item description photo 1, item description photo 2, item description photo 3, event date) Notes: Events should be ordered by date and need a date field
