I know Stencyl but here in freelancer it is VERY RARE to see a stencyl project but it is very similar to construct 2/3 where it allows you to make games without real code, just drag and drop with events and actions simply look at my reviews to know my skills in these programs, i also know craftpix and i have many of their assets, i actually have huge game assets from graphicriver too
