I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built . it like a chat app where 20 people will do group chat in between them self no out side can chat. Before posting any image it most come for admin approvals then only if admin approve then only that image or advertising will show on that group chat to other. It is a chat software to do chat between 20 real Estate agent amoung them self to discuss about new property deal and offer.

I have the experience in building a chat apps on Android platform, where it will be utilizing Google Firebase API as the server. The application will enrolled the selected 20 users to be in the group chat and the admin could be appointed in the backend server so no other users can manipulate the admin authority.
