Ideally I would like this to work on iPhone and Android phones so using the Xamarin platform or PhoneGapp would be preferable. Alternatively a native Android app only.
The application will have to scan for the device via Wifi (The device is a Wifi capable hardware sensor that can function as a Access Point or Wifi Direct device)
(Wi-Fi peer-to-peer (P2P) allows Android 4.0 (API level 14)
First use it will show a scanning screen while it scans for the wifi device. Previously used devices are connected to by default.
The device will send a 10 bit value(s) to the phone (The phone will request the data),
The phone connects to the IP addr and sends a request to a port. The data is returned in json format.
The level must be represented by a nice shaded graph going for red to green (where green is the highest value)
The full scale of the graph must be selected from a configuration table. (Allowing different full scale values represented by the 10 bit value)
The graph shall also have a course and fine setting. The fine setting will
"zoom" into the the graph showing a finer range.
I will require the complete project source files so that I can make any changes that I require.

I have a product that I would like to produce and need an idea on the cost of this before I commit to producing the hardware. If it can be done cost effectively then I will go ahead with it, if not I will cancel the project.
I have no idea on the budget so don't be put off on the maximum amount of $30 if you feel that it is more work just say so.
