I have an android app that works like this: user buys 'points' using google's in app payment system (ie consumables). These points are in turn used to download e-books. I do not want to use paypal, since that would violate googles TOS. I need some help on how to implement this system, i believe the 'consumables billing' is also refered to as 'virtual currency'. This is not for dabblers. Please don't bid just to waste my time.. No bids from India please, i don't have time or money to waste. Budget $40 Example app that you could make for me: user buys 5 points using $5. The app has just a buy button with a label $5. But this is a CONSUMABLE, meaning he can do this any number of times he wants. if he wants to buy $50, he can click it 10 times, and then he would have 50 points in his points account on the app. then he can used the points to download pdf files from my server, and each time he downloads a pdf, one point is subtracted from his account. I will need full source code.
