User of app should be able to take picture of their parking/speeding tickets and submit it to app. Based in Florida first but with ability to scale to other states and possibly countries. User selects a county their at and ticket picture is sent directly to the attorney we choose to represent that particular county. Attorney takes a look at ticket and asseses how much he can save user and how much fee would be.
