Mobile App - AC Service Booking

We are looking to develop a mobile app for AC systems, for service, maintenance and installation service All customer data is recorded on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 ERP used extensively by the employees currently for finance, accounting and for service requests. The workflow is as follows (currently it's managed using Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 ERP): Steps Highlighted in Green are to be made possible through our project Any customer can call on the call center (10 employees working for 12 hours) OR Once this app is made customer can Login through his mobile number and OTP (first time) and can login with his finger print / PIN thereafter and book a service / maintenance / installation request Once service request is placed, service order is recorded on AX Technicians are assigned to each service by their team using AX This information is fetched by the app as well - > to be integrated and made during our project SMS is triggered to the customer confirming a technician visit within 24 hours once technicians are dispatched, status should be changed on AX as well as the app Technicians are tracked using their login and customer / Altaadhod group employees can see the status and location Options available to the customer while the technician is on his way would be: Track your requests - information fetched from AX, Track the technician like Uber if status is on the way, Call the technician Once Service is completed, technicians would mark it as complete and have the customer sign the completion form. With the App, they should be able to take customer's signature on mobile app as well with a possible feedback form Mobile App will have the following pages / options: First screen of the App - Login / Sign up Existing Gree Customer / New User Once Logged in - FingerPrint / PIN to be entered About Us Contact Us Showroom names and locations Feedback Service Requests - Maintenance / Installation - Issue type Time and date - calendar and clock Location - can be based on GPS / Manually entered Any other information The following status options would be updated stage by stage by Altaadhod employees: Request recorded - waiting for technician assignment - Service details displayed In process - technician assigned - SMS triggered and parts are being sourced for service - Track your technician gets activated now If service gets postponed due to any reason, customer can see the status as a note In service - Closure by technician from AX (currently), would be great if technician can close the request on the app - > information would be pushed to the AX - > customer signature would be required on the app from the customer
