iOS developer needed - app for iPhone and iPad

Hello, We need to build a native app that allows users to read some articles, filter them by categories, and write some comments. In order to write the comments, the user must login first. We are building the web services that will be used by the app. The app must be compatible with iPhone and iPad. We need all the source code with no restrictions (you must provide a native app). I am attaching a pdf file with some mockups of the app. To be consider for this project, please write anywhere in your bid the word: articles. Otherwise, we will ignore your bid. Even if you have perfect score. After looking at the mockups, please consider the following: 1) There will be offline storage but for the main list of articles only. If a user wants to read an article he or she must have internet connection. The web service will include a date of expiration for the article. When this date is reached, then the article should be removed from the list. 2) The categories are loaded from server. 3) There won't be offline storage of comments. 4) There won't be comments on comments. The text inside the app must be in Spanish. If you use something like a resource file, we can translate it ourselves. The code should also be in Spanish.
