Hello, my name is Fulvio, I'm an artist and designer. I'd like develop an app, based on halftone editing of images in order to create coherent stencils for artists. I'd like to discuss the project with someone able to develop filters/scripts for image manipulation. If we find a way to develop a first filter/script, others may come. The idea is to develop an entire app. More details will be given. I can't figure out the costs for such a script/filter or which is the best way to accomplish this job. Open to suggestions. Fulvio.
