Game App Developer and Parthner

I need an iPhone/iPad app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. I have a design and idea for a game app . I have spent the last couple months outlining n designing this game. I have come to a small road block in finishing the design. I am looking for a parthner to develop this game . Budget will be discussed during conversation about the project .
