Books & articles app Looking for a company to build and develop a books, articles “audios and visual books” (a library) app for IOS, Android and a website. As far as I looked up and from the discussion, I found out that the best way to get what you need in developing apps are to find a base line you can build in it, rather than starting something from the scratch. Based on this, the best way for me and the developer is to find the most similar app to start from and from there we can add and customize. After looking carefully for what available in the market, I found that the closest app from my idea is (Blinkist) app. To ensure that the developer is fully aware from the app features, Blinkist have a good starting point as they have most of the features I am looking for. The developer have to download Blinkist app and play with it for few days to understand the full features and the layouts and the logic behind it. All features that Blinkist share with my idea are , but not limited to: 1- Fully integrated dictionary “Look Up” from Apple and you can use any of the dictionary available in the app store. 2- Feature of highlighting and special section for that. 3- Add to favorite 4- Book classification (my library, reading, book store….) 5- Send to kindle for reading 6- Read the book or listen to it (Audio option). 7- Book mark, where you continue from where you left (in audio and the written book) 8- A user profile like Facebook or something. 9- Searching the books name. 10- And extra features need to play with the app to know all of the rest. Adding features: 1- Rating books, might add review in the future, maybe reflecting the review in Amazon or other books websites. 2- Search by Author and maybe a brief about him and a list of his books in the library. 3- Changing in the icons and coloring and location of the icons, something like “showing an icon like a battery out of 100% that show how much you finished from the book”. 4- Build it in a way that can have the capacity to add up a new development phases, like book audio series and extra. The developer are fully responsible to deliver a “freeze, bugs” free apps and also deliver at least all the feature Blinkist have + what we agree to add. The developer is fully responsible to be aware of the full features (the appears one and the hidden once) in Blinkist. In case if the developer forgot to add all the features and what we agree on, he is liable to deliver the features within a year.
