Building an Android App

I want an android app that fetches media data from a USB device or any Phone device when any of these is connected to your laptop and generates a Text file with only media information in the form of:

<Song Id-Song Name>;;<Artist Id-Artist Name>;;<Album Id-Album Name>;;<Genre Id - Genre Name> ;;<Device Id-DeviceName>

like example:

"hello-world-id~Hello World";;"the-beatles-id~The Beatles";;"best-of-rock-id~Best Of Rock";;"rock-id~Rock";;"gracenote-rock-id~gracenote rock";"iphone-id~IPhone";

I want the source code also with it.
