APP DEVELOPER: continuous work for my educational mobile app

I am looking for an APP DEVELOPER to continue to work on my code from my previous app developer. He got sick and can't work anymore on the app. It's been hard to reach out to him lately and I need someone more reliable to finish the work.
THE APP: It's called Chiro Board Review (its live on the App Store). Its an educational, quiz styled app that helps chiropractic students review for an exam. I'm going to give you the code from last work and credentials for admin panel and database cloud and from there we are going to work together.
TIMELINE: 2 months should be live on the App Store... in fact, I already have the update created... but missing the latest code from him, so I am using the last code he gave me and we are finish that one... Good news is I pretty much have all the ideas of how everything is going to look because it was done before... I guess we just have to re-write the final touches. :)
BUDGET: Everything depends on where he left on the last code that I have. So we have to check the code and I will give you more accurate numbers. MOST LIKELY is that we need to correct a few bugs and I believe the app was crashing at the beginning... if thats the case then it might only take 1-2 weeks and boom! haha $250-1,500.
