Design: - The site contains 10 pages. - Div structure required (no tables), SEO friendly, clean well commented W3C compliant code. - Responsive, twitter boostraped - Must be cross browser compatible and viewed properly including mobiles devices (iOs and android) - Pixel perfect development, honor PSD design details - Can use external plugins for functionality - Must own all rights to work completed Developer: - Must be excellent with proven track record of similar work. - Excellent communicator with skype account and available for chat. GMT - Looking for the right developer/team, we have two other projects to complete, winning bid has excellent chance of being awarded those.
