526895 get popups to scroll in iphone / ipad on joomla

we have modalizer popups work fine in Firefox, etc here: [login to view URL] See bottom of page "Terms of Use" and "Privacy Policy" popups On the iphone and ipad the scroll bars do not work; plus the youtube video goes on top of the popup. I've tried various modalizer popup plugin options (current settings attached) with no luck. You are free to choose different popup software or hack modalizer. thank you
