Iphone/Android phone APP

We need a phone app, that is very very basic. But will be unique to the market. Therefore it has to be graphically beautiful and functionally perfect. It needs to be done as fast as possible, our deadline is determined by our investors and speed is critical. This app will be a quiz (or test) that will help someone figure out the what stage of life their spouse or parent is at. There are about 10 possible stages and their answers will put them into one of the 10 categories, and they will then get a description. Again, this is a job that needs to be done FAST. and has to LOOK GREAT! We want a designers that can code and do graphics. You should have more than 200 hours on Odesk, and have above a 4 rating. You should be someone that takes PRIDE your work and makes Slick looking products. Agency or Individuals may apply, but if you are an agency I want to deal with only one programmer for the whole process and he or shie should be able to skype with me whenever I need it.
