TV Streaming Application for Android

I need a simple streaming TV application for Android Smartphones.
The app shows a list of countries, when a country is touched it will slide to show the list of channels available for that country and when the user touches one channel it starts playing. There is also a button where the user can add his own links.
The information is requested to the server using a POST to a PHP.
I have the design of the application and I’ll also provide all the streaming links and the list of countries.
Features of the application:
- POST request to receive the data from the server (The received data is a JSON)
- Play streaming links with support for the following protocols: HTTP, RTSP, RTMP, MMS, MMSH
- Must work on any Android Smartphone
- I require the source code
- The app has to run on Android 2.2 or newer
- Ask any questions
