I will build a Splash worksheet (i.e. tab) as the first worksheet in the workbook. In addition I will add a menu item that will launch a very simple form with a drop-down list of projects in the workbook. The user will simply select the menu item to display projects, select the project and the user will be directed to the specific project page. I have built several Excel/VBA based projects over the last 16 years, including forms and associated code to perform scenario analysis and/or perform specific tasks. I 100% understand your requirements. Even though I am new to Freelancer, my skills and experience in Programming, Growth Development and Planning, Economic Analysis and Financial Analysis provides the sufficient experience to complete this project with a very quick turn around. I would be able to complete this project in two to four hours. My first step would be to see the workbook and understand which worksheets (i.e. tabs) are actual projects. My next step would be to develop the form in VBA which loads these projects into a drop down (i.e. combo box) on the form with a command button to transfer the user to the necessary project (i.e. worksheet or project tab). The form created in the VBE (Visual Basic Editor) will require some code to load the project list and transfer control to the selected project when the user clicks the 'Go To Specified Project' button that I will create on the form.
