Need an Outlook plugin. I need to be able to forward an email from outlook to another email address with attachments. But I need to be able to add tags in the body for the email. Need an action button in outlook that will open an dialog box to appear with 3 combo box Tag fields. That will add the selected tag values to the bottom of the forward email. The 3 combo boxes will be how the user select the tags. The 3 combo box field options need to pull from a CSV file stored on the server or the user computer. They will select the 3 tag values, and send the email with attachments and tags. It will forward the email to the Policy Management Systems with attachments and added TAGS. The Policy Management Systems will scan all new email by Tags and assigne it to the correct document. I just need a way to add Tags in outlook. The Policy Management Systems already scan emails for tag values and assigne to the correct policy. Tag Example: <QuoteType>Lorenzo Quote</QuoteType> Workflow: 1. User get an email from customer. 2. User need to forward that email into the Policy Management system. 3. They need to add tags values to the email before forwarding. 3. The Policy Management Application receive the email and assign to policy. I created the policy management system to look for Tags in the body of the email. Please let me know the cost and time for the plugin for adding tag values to the body of an outlook email.
