During my employment i have worked with the likes of technically demanding clients like Apple, Microsoft, Boeing I have vast experience with microsoft products particularly the office products, something that i have mastered over my 20 year career. I have a couple of patents too. Based on your job description my high level design is to have a few tables (to store host master, coaches arrivals, allocations), some data entry screens (allocations, additions of new host) and couple of reports (occupancy, trends).
