Hi. First two screens are very simple and can be made in few hours. However, I could not get what you intend to achieve in the third screen. If you want to import data from external source then I can get it displayed record by record or a datasheet view and from there you can copy it other table with same structure. Lets discuss it further and I can give you what you want.

I have created databases similar to what you require, with filter and import. Depending on your ultimate goal, I might suggest adding some queries and possibly export functionality as well. Please be assured that any coding I add will be well documented, so you can follow along and make adjustment in the future. Although you say the project is straight forward, I think we can work together to make file more user friendly. I anticipate two days to build the basic database and another couple days of us going back and forth to make sure it meets your expectations.
