I work for a major public department in Australia. I work on MS Access databases daily for the past 12 years creating such things as letters mail out campaigns, taxation analysis, debt management dashboard reports and analytical models. I have diplomas in information technology and an undergraduate degree in accounting. I can therefore help you with your project.
Some questions for you:
1. What operating system are you using (XP, Vista, 7,8, Apple OS) ?
2. What MS Access version are you using (2000,2002, 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013)?
Depending on your answers I would do the following:
1. Create a form that would allow you to search different fields at once (Name, address, phone etc)
2. On entry of the details make the form create a list of names and IDs that would you be able to click and load up the appropriate client.
3. Add a button to the form to allow a print out of the client selected.

1. I am part time freelancer as I work 3 or 4 days a week.
