Que tal, puedo ayudarte con tu proyecto. He trabajado diseñando tarjetas en el ESP en sus diferentes versiones. La mayoría de los diseños se han enviado a fabricar a China, te puedo ayudar en esa parte, a seleccionar la mejor opción con base a tu proyecto. Si requieres ayuda en RF o normas IPC también te puedo apoyar. En lo referente al código lo podemos trabajar en C o en micropython, cualquiera de las dos opciones esta bien, solo dependerá de tus requerimientos. te hago el diseño de la plava, la programacion del modulo bluetooth y del wifi bajo los parametros indicados... me indicas si me envias a panama los chips o si los compro yo pero me indicas el modelo del chip bajo el cual quieres el diseño... me imagino que necesitas un app android para la comunicacion y configuracion del esp32... me envias ,as informacion si te es posible...

Hola Trabajo en el desarrollo de proyectos con Microcontroladores (Microchip, Atmel, Arduino, ESP32), sistemas embedded (raspberry pi, owasys, onion Omega).
