I have a shifted and scaled rectangular function which is transformed to sinc function in Fourier space. The sinc function needs a slight adjustment on scientific and mathematical basis since its transformed rectangular outcome needs a width adjustment. The attached pictures show the singularity which should happen at the width (the right width is the arc) as explained with the arrows. Another picture explains how it should be
