Hi my name is Ben Slor, the marketing director for nonprofit, First Generation Farmers: Urban Edge Sustainable Farming Program (UESF) a intense hands in the field and classroom farmer training program of any size with focus to under 100 acer. We are a three year program that teach all aspects of farming with water conservation to very detailed recording and accounting. After year one each incubator will get their own part acer to start there own business, which over the next two years build a business plan that is capable of attracting a loan. We are in need or a experienced marketer and brander that can make print material and online ads. We were given a huge grant from the USDA and have money to spend on ads and marketing and want someone experienced to guide us. We want someone who can create a plan of attack so every each year we have marketing channels to get people interested and qualified for the incubator program. We are located in California East Bay and if someone is local that is a plus but not required.
