● Analyze the current market
○ Think about Lagos market - what shall be the next product by Gokada? Who should be the target audience for that product- low income class, lower middle income class, upper middle income class or a mix and explain why? How big is this market?
● Outline the next product offering - what is our VP to customers? How will you get the product across customers?
● 3 month Strategy - Think through the details and give structure, timeline, KPIs etc. for next 3 months from the day you join us. In your answer please cover the following key questions:
- What would be your key priorities?
- What managerial activities would you complete?
- How will you create demand?
- What will be your WoW growth targets and budget needed?
