Summary of Role We are an Indian startup looking for a Product Researcher to help us expand our market analysis team. This will be a fully remote, part-time role where you will work with the product leadership team and play a pivotal part in strategic decisions. As an early part of our Product team, you will work closely with our product heads to analyze the Chinese tech landscape, providing detailed and professional reports on advances and developments in this market. You will be tasked with creating product teardowns, business model analysis and work with the product managers to identify opportunities for Relevel. Responsibilities: 1. Prepare and maintain regular analyses of the Chinese startup market, with particular attention to the hiring and HR tech space. 2. Be an integral part of the company's market analysis and competitor research initiatives Identifying global trends and strong players in hiring markets Required Skills for this Role 1. Bilingual proficiency (Chinese + English) 2. Ability to use, navigate, analyse and create reports on Chinese tech products 3. Previous experience with startups in the Chinese hiring market highly desirable 4. Ability to produce fast, well researched and high quality work 5. Exceptionally strong communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders across multiple geographies 6. Willingness to work with stakeholders across multiple time zones
