Source quality bloggers for writing paid blogs

We are looking for a person who would find technical content writers/bloggers willing to write paid blogs. These blogs would be published on our website (with the blogger as the author). All our articles are related to the field of Machine Learning and Deep Learning. Your responsibilities would include: Reaching out to prospective bloggers - look for people who have written popular articles (on Medium for example) on topics in the Deep Learning field. Mailing these prospective bloggers - ask if they would be interested in writing a paid blog for us. Deliverable: The email ID of the willing blogger. $$$: You shall be paid $10 for every willing quality blogger that you source. We would pay the blogger independently after you have put us in touch with her/him. Quality blogger: A technical writer who has written blogs in areas of Deep Learning. They should have a proven record that one of their previous blogs did well - for example, 1000+ claps on medium, blog on the first page of google results when searching for popular technical deep learning terms/topics like "object detection on raspberry pi" or "neural style transfer using deep learning".
