1. Train a model using the following data set in columns B and C [login to view URL] you must: 2. Create a simple rest service API that given a text will respond one of the values in column C and it's probability of matching. I'm only interested in bids that can give a brief description of how they will go about developing this (i.e: Tensorflow with a Java servlet). Deliverables: 1. Script for installing and deploying the app (maven, make, etc...) 2. Brief instructions on how to train/update the model. Environment will be an Ubuntu server. 3. The source code and app itself.

Hi, I have read your requirements and have a basic understanding on the data. I would suggest to use Tensorflow along with Flask Web App to solve this problem. Flask can expose endpoint to the incoming request and tensorflow can do the prediction Pm me if you need more info or have any queries, thanks
