Looking for serious graphic designer

Hello I am looking for serious individual or team of designers who can help me design web templates for my applications when required. all templates must be xhtml/css validated. Please note: this is only to get name of the graphic designers. so only comment if you are interested. and I will send you invitations once I need you guys. I don't want any time wasters, Do not bid from India, Pakistan and Bangeladesh unless you have very strong rating and portfolio in hand. otherwise your comment would be deleted without any consideration. In your comment you must include the following points. 1. your pricing for each template. i.e. flash template, css template and wordpress template 2. your timeframe. how long would you need to design one template from scratch. 3. what software would you use for your design? 4. how would you show me the model of your designs while you are working with me? i.e live server, watermarked design and etc once again do not bid on this project. only comment with your ability and portfolio and I will use you in the future for my work.
