Hi, maybe it's hacked and it used for spam emails check if you have different ip connected to your server or if you have new uploaded php files

Good day. First need to find and remove scripts/mallware, which send spam emails on your server - that can be done with quick log analizing, scan mallware tools via ssh console. Right after a few more security related settings can be applied into your Plesk cpanel - for security general hardening and Mail sending policy - to prevent same issues in future.
