I have idea on Raspberry Pi but no knowledge on RF Queue, may be I need some study on it. If I understood the RF Queue then it is very much possible to control and maintain by Raspberry Pi. I have built lots of IoT devices by using Raspberry Pi to read and send sensors data to the web server. Have more than 15 years of experience on Digital Electronics. 15+ years of experience on Computer Language and Digital Electronics.

Good evening. I present myself to you. My name is Nicolas Moreno. I am an Electrical Engineer with experience in the design of electronic products and systems focused on the application of IOT technology, applying programming, electronic design and the use of networks and communication protocols between devices. I have experience in the development of GUI in python with Kivy, to control the pinout configuration of the Raspberry PI, and the remote communication between Raspberry and BLE with HC-05 using UART protocol. On my profile you can see many projects where I use IOT technology based on electronic design, software programming and Modbus (Master-Slave) protocol. For this project, I will do the following steps: 1) Study and analysis of the basic engineering of the whole system 2) Defines each stage of the system, and how will be interconnected 3) Design the Diagram that express how the system will work 4) Design the electronic circuit to connect the process through sensors with the Raspberry PI 5) Design the screens for the GUI for the control and monitoring of the system 6) Test the system in a small scale (I have a raspberry PI to test it) With the images of projects that I’ve done, I hope to have shown you that you can trust me as an independent engineer, and with that I can be a candidate to work with you on this project. Thanks and regards

Is the communication with the RF receiver part of the job? Is omxplayer displaying over DirectFB? There might be issues actually displaying the window over the video (have to write it before I can test). I can do it in C and porting to pascal should be easy. EDIT: I figured it out, it should be possible with SDL.
