Mount old provider and rsync it using ftpfs

Hi, I've done many large data transfer from one datacenter to another, we jenerally use FDT(Fast Data Transfer) for this. it's an application written in java. But in my experience this transfer is highly related to source and destination hardware and network. Ping me if you need more detail on this. Best Regards, arash

Hi there, I think you can have many ways to do this: 1/ use SCP over SSH 2/ use linux stream copy comands (tar) over SSH 3/ ftpfs as you plan to do 4/ nfs/samba then copy 5/ use trusted host and rsync the ftpfs not sure working fine Regards, An Ho
