Direct Admin support

I manage a services via Direct Admin, the well known portal for resellers of domains etc. I do not resell domains and use Direct Admin for other purposes. I need help from someone who can explain stuff of Direct Admin to me, who can help me with specific features and specifically, someone who has extensive know-how of setting up SFTP / FTPS / SSH for users on Direct Admin. You have to be a good teacher, who is able to explain stuff in lay-mans terms. I am technically trained but most of it has faded away. In the end,​ I would like to enter a long-term relationship where I will try to be the first responder and you will be the back up in cases my clients ask me things that are too complex for me.
