-- Virtual assistant for a real estate agency
What specifically were/are you doing for them everyday?
-- I work as an admin support for a real estate agency in Australia, I send out management agreement forms to property owners, drafting appraisal letters, updating information in our property management database, data mining, auditing of files and generating monthly reports. I have knowledge with the following tools: Docusign, Realworks, IRE BDM, Property Tree, EBM Insurance, Brand Central, REST, File Smart, My Desktop and Price Finder.
What results did you achieve? How many calls/leads booked per month?
-- Most of our leads are referred to us by the builders/marketers and we contact owners if they want their property to be managed by us.
Can you book calls as well as do the general outreach?
-- I can learn how to do that.
Do you have experience sending inmails?
-- No, I haven't done any of that yet.
What would you need from me for you to do your job well?
-- I can easily learn from tutorial videos or we can have a training session for the sites and tools you need me to use.
