Virtual sales person with engineering talents

Unify Business Systemization, a strategic management consulting company is looking for a spunky salesperson to help launch one of our client’s educational products into the stratosphere. The Gig As a virtual sales person, you’ll take over the outreach and revenue generation efforts that has already been kicked off. We need you to turn this into your own passion project. You will be the person that helps transform a student into a professional engineer, and good instructors into great ones in spite of our COVID-19 plagued world. Things on your to-do list: • Generate prospect lists -- Since no product can please everyone, we need to turn over lots of rocks to find the hidden pockets of instructors and students that cannot live without this novel learning aid. Your technical understanding of the product plus your personal passion for education excellence will win the day. • Call and email smartly -- You are bold enough to take a few risks on calls to experiment with process efficiency and effectiveness. However, you are also smart enough to learn, refine and improve your own results every day. • Document everything -- Leveraging every last feature HubSpot CRM has to offer, you will build the sales and marketing backbone of the entire go-to-market effort. This will be the system that matters most to you as you work every day to raise the bar for yourself plus report results to leadership. • Advocate for every prospect and customer -- You will get to know in your bones what makes prospects choose to turn themselves into customers. That means that you plug the product’s inventor himself into those passions, so each Zoom product demo is a customized and generous experience for everyone involved. Skills and resources you’ll need in your toolbox: • Hubspot CRM, Microsoft Office products • Reliable phone and internet services, plus a distraction-free (or at least well managed) workspace environment. • Able to perform creative, incisive research to find just the right group of people (veins of gold!) to meet sales goals. • Possess some of your own interests and talent as an engineer. You’ll need to understand for yourself how the product works AND what it takes to work with people who are themselves stoic, classic engineer archetypes.
