Position Title: Regional Sales Agent – Incense Sticks (West, Central & East Africa) Position Type: Commission-Based / Independent Sales Representative (Long-Term) Location: Remote (Field Sales across Western, Central, or Eastern African markets) About the Opportunity We are looking for self-motivated, high-integrity Regional Sales Agents to drive market expansion and distribution for our premium incense stick products across key regions in West, Central, and East Africa. This is a long-term commercial partnership designed for ambitious sales professionals who want to leverage cold outreach, market intelligence, and local networks to generate continuous, recurring income through an attractive long-term sales incentive model. Key Responsibilities Market Research & Intelligence: Perform product-specific, real-time market research and deliver actionable reports on local consumer preferences, pricing trends, and competitor activities in your territory. Prospecting & Lead Generation: Conduct network authority research to map out key decision-makers, high-volume buyers, hypermarkets, wholesalers, and FMCG trade influencers. Outreach & Pitching: Execute targeted cold calls, email campaigns, and field visits to build a robust pipeline of prospective distribution channels. End Prospect Meetings & Closing: Lead direct sales meetings (in-person or virtual), deliver product presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and close long-term supply agreements. Account & Relationship Management: Manage repeat orders, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure steady, ongoing distribution growth. Brand Development (Later Stages): Support localized social media content generation and community-level promotion strategies if needed as brand presence scales. Ideal Candidate Profile Professional Ethics: Highly reliable, honest, and dedicated with a strong work ethic. Communication Skills: Decent to excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required; French or relevant local languages highly advantageous depending on the territory). Sales Discipline: Confident in cold-calling, conducting primary market research, and leading high-stakes prospect meetings independently. Industry & Network Experience: Proven background in consumer goods, FMCG, or wholesale distribution (experience in household goods, home fragrance, or incense is a major advantage).
