Simple Chrome extension to open a URL using a highlighted text as a parameter value

A simple extension to Google Chrome. I want the extension to enable me to perform a search in a database that has a web-based user interface. Coding this should be very simple since everything can be embedded in the URL itself (you do not need access to this webpage to write this plugin). What I want the plugin to do is to allow me to perform a search by right-clicking on a text that I have highlighted. The browser would then open a new tab and look up a predefined URL with the highlighted text as a Simple Chrome extension to open a URL using a highlighted text as a parameter value. It would be similar to the feature [Search Google for "xxx"] that can be selected in the dropdown box when you right click the highlighted text. The search that is to be performed an URL that contains several variables for a database lookup. All the values for the variables in the URL should stay the same, except for “SearchText=XXXX” and “LanguagesSelected=YY”.
