We need to create one HTML form based on data coming from an existing REST endpoint (a single ajax call is required to load the data). The form fields (view) need to be bind to a Model (data retrieved from AJAX) using KnockoutJs library. Twitter Bootstrap for styling the form to be used, so that the form is responsive for mobiles. please must read project attached file there I have details about fields
