We are looking for a full-stack developer who can make a lot of versatile changes for our large-scale web-application platform. The developer must be competent in the following areas: • Strong knowledge with (`Node.js` + `[login to view URL] framework` + `Handlebars` templates) and front-end framework `React.js` and `jQuery` library. • Experience working on large-scale web applications • Understanding standard patterns of development • Knowledge of Git for change submissions and review • Knowledge of Linux • Knowledge of databases (both NoSQL (MongoDB / Redis) and SQL (Postgresql) ) • Strong javascript knowledge (must know: Lexical Environments, Scopes, Hoisting, this keyword) • Strong knowledge server-side development with Node.js (must know: Event Loop, EventEmitter, Buffer, Stream) Bonus: • Experience with Angular 1 • Experience with sockets, creating services and APIs Be passionate about writing clean and scalable code as we expect to integrate the fixes and changes into our Production site. I will provide the list of bugs, UI changes, and improvements upon selecting a candidate. Expect work to be in a Sprint format, with up to 4 Sprints starting with the highest priority items.
