Create Javascript/HTML Drag And Drop Workflow Tool

I am looking for an expert in Javascript, (potentially angularjs or reactjs) that can build me a custom proprietery drag and drop workflow interface. I am software engineer that can develop all back end code, and integrate your code into my current application. The requirements are as follows: a collapsable side menu (on right) that holds elements (actions) that can be dragged and dropped onto the main workflows "canvas". These actions may be repeated multiple times in the workflow. Most of these elements have one "output" handle and one "input" handle. The only action that does not follow this rule is an "if/else" action. An if/else action has one input, but two potential outputs: one positive, one negative. Once the elements are dragged onto the canvas, they are connected and related to each other through drag and drop bezear curve. These lines must follow the correct rules for actions, as previously mentioned. Potentially multiple input, only one output (except if/else has two). Once a line is created, the element outputting to the destination element must hold reference of which element it is posting to. (or if/else, which one or two elements it points to). This is done so I can read this workflow and save it programmatically in database for future automation or editing. I have shared an attached an animated GIF of an example of what it may look like.
