build me a android car learning application

Hello! Myself Chethan & I'm from INDIA Where my project idea deals with the way of learning a car easily. Create an android application that does't have any levels that only an infinity of roads that we can travel (add locations methodology that we can feel we are driving a car near out area or locations) this is as a 3D game just make its visuals graphics looks good and that should be get attracted towards the user. Create a different company cars that they can drive and a manual gear shift that he can fell that he/she he can learn the car by themselves better why I'm telling you is because there are so many people want to learn cars but they can't afford a car for them so by this application they may can learn how to drive a car in there real life.
