App prototype golang for REST APII + HTML/ javascript front

I will give full specification later on. Developper located in EUROPE. The project is a prototype including two parts : 1) Back end golang server with REST API. Using a database in Cayley-boltdb 4 types of records are in the database. Each records includes 10 fields stored in JSON. API communication is done through JSON. 2) Responsive Front office in web browser using extensively touch and gesture. The front uses javascript and HTML. 3 columns view on one page: -list view of the 4 types of record on the left of the page. -Record view on the center of the page. On the bottom links to this record are displayed. -History view on the right. Ability to create and delete record, to link records. To roll back a linked record.
