i need to have a tool in which i can change the colours of an object, when clicking with my mouse over the desired colour, like in www.picoscooters.nl. Can you help ,me installing this tool?

I already have the website, which is www.scoot-art.com. There you see a scooter, and when you click on the design to the left the scooter must change design....think 30 dollar is enough for this
